What Causes Visual Hallucinations While On Carvedilol?

a friend of mine is on carvedilol he has been having trouble with being very erratic trying to get out of his wheelchair and telling us people are there that arent he is on other medications also but it seems to be happening after taking the carvedilol

You haven't given me more information about his mental health normally or what other medications is he taking. There are some side effects of carvedilol in the nervous system but not too common. So for being sure, it is good for him if he sees his doctor and evaluates his condition and what to do with carvedilol.
