What Causes Voice Hoarsness Amd Coughing?
I have experienced hoarsness of the throat for a few months on and off. As the day goes on my voice becomes weaker. I am a teacher so I use my voice a lot. I have a slight persistent cough and I cough up phlegm. I have once coughed up phelgm with blood in it.But it only happened once.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be allergic condition in my opinion the first step would be voice rest and the next is antihistamine and the best drug for this is Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day" along with this salt water gargling would be nice, hope this information helps you take care and have a nice day.
