Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Vomiting every day after meals for such a long time of 8 months should be investigated well. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get Barium swallow test done as a first thing so that any stricture, reflux etc can be diagnosed. Supported by diagnostic and therapeutic Upper GI Endoscopy. The diagnosis made in such a way will help to get a plan of management. IF cancer - will need surgery, radiotherapy and so on. If there is stricture will need dilatation. If there is reflux with associated problems, medical management with a PPI like Pantoprazole, antacid and Domperidone can get the problem under control and the further management as per the severity, may need corrective surgery.
