What Causes Vomiting After Hitting Back Of Head?

my 2yr old fell and hit the back of his head and while he was crying he vomited very little and only once, after i calmed him down i started to monitor him to make sure everything was ok.. he talked and walked ok.. but should i still take him to the doctor.

Vomiting after a fall can be a sign of head injury. Consult a pediatrician and get evaluated. A CT head is required for further assessment.
