What Causes Vomiting After Taking Tablet For Sleep?

Hi, I had a flight from UAE to Australia yesterday (arrived last night) & felt fine (even had a take away last night).Today at work after I took half of my normal sleeping tablet last night I was vomiting all day at work (& no I m not pregnant). I have a slight headache but no other s&s. What could it be?

Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

I don't think your Vomiting is due to Sleeping tablet as it rarely causes Vomiting.

It could be due to the strain of travelling or due to Acidity because of eating too much of outside food.

Do you have a past history of Gastritis?

But both of these conditions are minor, I advise you to get a prescription of Paracetamol , Perinorm and Pantoprezole and take these , your symptoms shall get relieved .

Also take some rest , get a good sleep and you shall feel totally better.
