i blank all the way out awoke with right arm and back killing me then come relize that i had threwup all over my self but the pain was hurting so bad bp was high then drop very low my felt loose but did go on my self what could be my be wrong with me .

It sounds similar to a seizure, you should seek medical attention by a physician. This can be a life threatening condition and may need medication to control.
