What Causes Vomiting And Body Aches?
My wife and step daughter have been sick the past few hours. My step daughter got sick last night and started throwing up today with her body aching. My wife has been taking care of her and now she is doing the same thing. I think they have a stomache virus but I am not sure if something is going around.

Hello i think they are suffering from gastrointestinal infection which is causing vomiting and body aches.
The causes may be viral infection, bacterial infection, protozoal infection etc.
I will advise them to take rest, plenty of fluids, bland diet, oral rehydration solution etc., and also take physician's opinion.
