What Causes Vomiting And Chest Pain?
I am vomiting and have pain in the chest and feel very tired. I have high blood pressure diabetes at the beginning, cholesterol at the beginning and arythmea. Right now i have fini shed cutting the grass and vomited all that was in my stomach. I am feeing cold.

thank you for contacting HCM. vomiting and chest pain together could be from a simple esophagitis to dangerous esophageal rupture.
if it is associated with dizziness and progressively worsening chest pain don't wait go to ER. please do not eat anything until seen in the ER as I am worried about the esophageal rupture.
you may have cough. check your blood pressure. please don't wait if it is low.
r u vomiting any blood which is also another worrying symptoms.
