What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea?
my 3 year old son has had vomiting and diarrhea for over 7 days now, i have had him to see a doctor twice and they keep saying it is nothing, he wont eat anything and when he does he gets sick. i have him on electrolites for hydration but why is this going on so long?

Hi,
1. To treat diarrhoea in kids you need to give tablet lac half tablet twice a day for 3 days
2. Syrup oflox-ornidazole
3. Syrup zinc to increase immunity of gastrointestinal tract.
4. Syrup ondem for vomiting.
5. Give him lots of fluids including oral rehydration solution.
