What Causes Vomiting And Dizziness After Hitting Nose?

I have hit my head at work on the industrial dishwasher whilst clearing up at the end of my shift, it was to the front of my face on the bridge of my nose where it meets my forehead. I have since held a conversation and driven my manager home but as soon as I got back I vomited and am feeling dizzy and tired. It would normally be time for me to go to sleep but am unsure as to whether or not to go to a+e as don t want to waste time and have to be up early! It hurts around the area but i dont appear to have broken my nose or have any surface bruising. Just want to be on safe side really :) I am 24, female, 7.5 stone and have a relatively ok medical history but have had some head injuries before, none of which requiring hospitalisation. Hope you can help :)
