Its an emergency , you need to rush to the hospital immediately as you have taken over dosage of paracetamol and ibuprofen. You have ingested 10grams of paracetamol, this causes toxicity , in the 1st stage nausea, vomiting , sweating occurs with in 24 hours of ingestion, in 2nd stage liver cell damage, aute kidney failure, multiple organ syndrome occurs.in last stage hepatic encephalopathy , cerebral oedema, mutiple organ failure and death occurs.
