What Causes Vomiting And Fever In A Child?
Hi my 8 year old started vomiting yesterday morning around 8am ..so almost 2 days. The fever started today..39.2. She is sipping water when she is awake but mainly sleeping.. it s 1am in the morning and I m worried about her seeing as though she hasn t did her pee since 6:30 pm , the fever, sleepiness and vomiting..

Fever , vomiting may be due to some food poisoning. Advise her to take Paracetamol tablet and give lot of water and liquid food. If not improving then she may need admission in a hospital.
