i had four days backmy mouth tounge and whole throat got burned.full mouth was inflammed. mydoctor prescribedocid ors andentergermina and antacid mouthgel today i suddenly developed vomiting and loosemotios severely. could you tell me why. i feel my mouth is so dry

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of burnt whole mouth, tongue and throat, your Doctor prescribed you ORS, Enterogermina and antacid but you developed vomiting and loose motions today.
This indicates that you have developed gastroenteritis.
I would advise you the following:
Send sample of stool for check up and also of the blood and urine.
Get started on proper antibiotic and metronidazole along with probiotics, anti-emetic and other medicines as needed symptomatically and so on.
You will be fine.
Take plenty of oral fluids and if not possible due to pain or so, get admitted for further management.
