What Causes Vomiting And Loss Of Weight?

My son has peutze-jeghers . He has had vomiting and pain recurring often and they cannot seem to locate the problem. He keeps losing weight because he has to many episodes. Is their anybody that can help us or send us to somebody that can help us he has had this since he was 12 and it keeps getting worse.
