What Causes Vomiting And Stomach Cramps After A Bee Sting?

I was stung by a wasp 4 days ago. After using 2 epi pens my mouth and throat swelling subsided. Since then I have been having flu type symptoms. Vomiting, stomach cramping, headache, muscle and joint aches. Just a general feeling of being ill. Is this common with bee/wasp stings in people who are allergic?

Is may occur in response to allergic reaction. Allergic reaction due to insect bite takes few days to settle. as you have already taken medication so i will go with symptomatic management:
> Take domperidone for vomiting
> Take cetirizine for itching.
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.
