Your child needs to be examined for presence of any abdominal tenderness, the consistency of his abdomen first. Most likely he is having a gastrointestinal infection for which he is having fever and vomiting, which is very common in this age group. You must continue to feed him ORS frequently in sips so that no dehydration occurs, along with his usual diet and must visit the nearest physician for having a thorough clinical examination.
