What Causes Vomiting Brownish Fluid And Constipation?

My uncle is vomiting brownish/black fluid associated with a severe burning sensation - also he has severe constipation and does not have a bowel movement for 2 to 3 weeks and when he does it is extremely painful because it is hard to pass? Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Hi, your uncle is bleeding from the stomach and needs to be shown to a doctor immediately.
Meanwhile put him on a liquid antacid 2 tsp every 2 hours.
