What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea And Feeling Of Bubbles In Stomach?

Past 3 days I have been throwing up and having diarreah. I also have been feeling this constant feeling of bubbles floating in my abdomin. I don't have health insurance should I go to the ER? I also am having a hard time eating. What could possibly be wrong?
