What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea And Red Splotches In Palms And Soles?

I am in Mexico with a youth service organization, and two night ago I had severe vomiting and diarrhea. I slept for 24 hours straight afterwards and now I have developed red splotches on my palms and soles. What could I possibly have? Am I contagious?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to viral infection, if this is so then you will have to be very much patience because it may take few days to come around, as long as the symptoms are concern it can be managed with local application of Diphenhydramine lotion this is for redness of palm, for diarrhea no need to treat this but care need to be taken for dehydration, over all it is nothing to worry, take care hope this information helps.
