What Causes Vomiting Due Phlegm Coming Out From Lungs To Stomach?
I have a lot of fleem coming out of my lungs into my stomach which is making me throw up in return. I have not been able to eat and the only liquid I held in is maybe 3 ounces of powerade zero which I still feel nauseous. Going on for a few hours now. Should I go to the er?

Yes you have to visit your er.
Here you can have hiatus hernia , any pharyngeal pouch formation or fistula or organic causes.
Sonography and endoscopy if needed after examination then carried out.
If above causes not present then no need of worry .it could be simple acid reflux disease.
Meanwhile avoid smoking and alcohol.
While sleeping keep your head raised above bed.
Omeprazole can be taken for few days.
