Usually the nausea and vomiting of pregnancy subside by the end of 3 months. It is very unfortunate for you that it still has continued in your case. Have you got your ultrasonography done? Is the baby inside your womb normal? Molar pregnancy is known to cause nausea and vomiting for prolonged period.
Otherwise try to alter your eating habits. If apple is causing you vomiting, please try some thing else. Usually banana or melon are known to minimise nausea and vomiting. Consume cold (not chilled) milk if you can tolerate. Please keep yourself feeding frequently. Prolonged starvation will lead to you acidosis which will worsen the vomiting. Have short but frequent feeds. Dry and bland food minimizes the vomiting.
There are medicines to stop the vomiting. However, many of them are having bad effect on the baby and may cause abnormality in the baby. So please if at all you have to take medicines to control vomiting, take them with your Obstetrician's advice only. Once the vicious cycle of vomiting is broken by medicines, you will start retaining the food.
So please report to your Obstetrician and get the proper medicine.
