My baby is 1.5yrs and she has vomiting whenever we travel by car for long distnace (more than 1 hr).whereas she doesnot have vomiting when we travel in the city for short distances. We had gone to a hill station a few days back and both while going and coming back she had vomiting. what should i do to prevent this.can i give har some medicine.
This suggests motion sickness, and is from excessive stimulation of vestibular apparatus. Drugs like Hyoscine or Promethazine can help. For dose, we need to know the weight of the child. Kindly discuss with your doctor. Drugs need to be taken 1 hour before travel.
