Respected user , hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems all in relation with heavy intestinal infection and secondary
drop in hemoglobin level .
* I recommend basic laboratory tests as complete blood counts , liver
function test , stool microscopy examination & then consult with reports
till then take following extra care for his better recovery .

- Allow him more liquids preferably boiled water , coconut water , lemon
juice , rice water , home made juices , butter milk , oral rehydration salt
- Soft , light diet at regular intervals with fresh curd preferable .
- Avoid all junk foods , biscuits , pastries , pasta , cookies , chocolates ,
spicy , non veg , beverages .
- Choice of anti emetic , antibiotic , anti pyretic , probiotics depend on
clinician concern regarding the case .
- Watch for his urine output , temperature chart keenly .

Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards .
