What Causes Vomiting Followed By Fever And Red Bumps On Body?
Hi, my 2-year old has been throwing up since 4 days (1-2 times a day). He did have a fever first 3 days, no fever today. Today he developed small red bumps on his chest, abdomen and back. He refuses to eat much however was very active today once the fever was gone. I did give him meftal syrup to bring the fever down. Any clues what could be going on?

It can be chicken pox infection or other viral fevers.this can be managed with paracetamol, plenty of oral fluids, adequate bed rest,and a light food rich in fruits n veges.
