Hello, Two conditions are very likely as long as the given history of fever, vomiting abdomen pain are concern first it could be infection either bacterial or viral or it could be food allergy in either of this hyperacidity or dyspepsia is part of them and it may cause the same symptoms of abdomen pain, vomiting and discomfort too. In my opinion, condition can be managed with tablet Omeprazole once in day with tablet Domperidone once in day and tablet Metronidazole twice in day for five days.
