What Causes Vomiting, Loose Motion, Joint Pain And Back Pain?
32 year old, female, 62 kg, 173 cm. Bad vomiting (2 times in 24 hours), 3 times watery stools, severe lower back and joint pain for 24 hours. Later some watery dark green stools, upset stomach, feeling drowsy. No more back pain. thanks for your advice.

Dear it may be due to food poisoning or due to acute gastroenteritis.
Take rest , drink plenty of ORS fluids, use probiotics twice a day for five days, tablet Zenflox OZ twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
