What Causes Vomiting, Nausea, Acidity And Burping?

hey, I have been really sick for the past 2 days. the first day was vomiting non stop...the 2nd day it was just a nauses feeling...well today I felt like I've had trapt gas..when I finally get to burb it's like an egg taste...is this cause for concern?

I really appreciate your concern, the most probable cause of your symptoms give here could be dyspepsia, and it may not be anything than this, if I would be doctor of this case then I would advise just take care in diet, have very light diet and better to be on liquid diet for a day.
In medication you can try Tab Domperidone only when it is most needed, like to stop the vomiting, else be patience and it will be fine soon, take care.
