What Causes Vomiting Of Dark Brown Liquid During Night?

hello My husband has been vomiting now for 24 hours. The vomit is now dark brown and has been gelatinous in substance during the night. He says he has a pain in his upper left abdomen. he has also found that when he is sick he is getting nose bleeds which flow rather than drip. he is struggling to take on fluid and if he does drink anything he is sick again. Is there anything I can do to help?

Yes you require to consult at the er. He is probably having an upper gi bleedas h/o upper abd pain and black vomiting. He needs cold milk diet only. Pleae consult the er immediately.
