What Causes Vomiting Sensation?

hi. i just threw up some soup and a lot of mucus. now i feel like something is stuck in my throat. it feels like it is in the back. it makes me cough and every time i do, it climbs up my throat. it slows goes back down but it just comes up again. it is in touching distance, and i feel like i am going to throw up. please help.

Hi dear,If it is in touching distance you can try with your hand if you are not able to throw it out .If it is really disturbing you you can consult a ENT specialist.
