What Causes Vomiting , Stomach Pain And Rectal Bleeding?
Today I went to the emergency room via ambulance for rectal bleeding and sever stomach cramps and throwing up. I m told it stomach flu but am still having rectal bleeding not cramp. Given I modicum not nausea med school I m concerned about the bleeding

rectal bleeding is always a concern It can be from a viral gastroenteritis or bacterial colitis but also can be from hemorrhoids . followup with your regular doctor is warranted to evaluate whether further tests or scoping is necessary
