What Causes Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Constipation And Bruises In Legs?
For the past two week every morning I have been throwing up I have lost 13 lbs over this time I feel tired all the time just want to sleep I have huge bruises all over my legs that I don't know how they got there I also have been having stomach pain and constipated which isn't normal for me. Does anyone know what could be wrong with me?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Early morning vomiting with loss of eight of 13 lbs is a lot to worry symptoms when has occurred over 2 weeks. The most probable causes are: Achalasia Cardiac in which one gets lower esophageal spam or obstruction due to inability to open the lower esophageal sphincter. Cancer, growth, hiatus hernia and GERD can be another reasons. I would advice you the following in such situation. Urgent upper GI endoscopy, biopsy. Barium swallow and meal studies. CT scan of chest and upper abdomen. Tests of blood, urine and stool. This will give probable diagnosis and plan for the management.
