What Causes Vomiting With Blood Clots?

iam pregnant 38 years old complaining in the last month of sever GERD with no treatment intake .today i was vomit of watery normal color vomit but at the end there was moderate amount of undigested food with brownish fluid and small amount of blood clot i am 168 cm and 188 bound i am scared what i can do and is this serous problem i have normal CBC from 2 monthes with no bleeding tendance and history of same condition only at first trimester
