What Causes Vomiting Without Any Fever?

Hello my daughter is 1yr and 3mnt my babysitter call me to work that she been throwing up her Miller or anything she eats but doesn't have a fever I told a Co worker she soar maybe its internal fever? Any idea what she may have and how to make it better

Hi.. if the child is having only vomiting and no other symptoms then probably it may occur because of food poisoning. Did she consume any outside food in the last 2 to 3 days? Acute gastritis is a condition in which vomiting and abdominal pain can occur due to dyspepsia. I would suggest to continue oral rehydration so that the lost fluids are recovered. If the vomiting persist or the child is lethargic or drowsy then show him to the local practitioner.
