What Causes Vomiting?

Hi!..I had vomiting a wek ago.I consultd the doctor nd he pescribed me some medicines early in the mrng for gastric .I was done LFT test nd it wz a good report bt mm still suffering from the tendies of vomiting wen any tym wich hs restricted me from being stable from any forms of work i do!..

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history vomiting since a week, met the Doctor who prescribed the medications but the problem remains.
LFT is normal.
The causes are:
Gastirits.
Esophagitis.
Any instigating factor that can causes reflex vomiting.
I would advise you the following:
Take/continue a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid liquid 3 tsf when on empty stomach.
You need a prokinetic like Domperidone or Metoclopropamide to control the nausea.
If these medicines work well, take a course of say of 3 weeks.
If there is not much of a relief, you need to get the upper GI Endoscopy and further tests as told by your Doctor/Gastroenterologist.
The additional treatment will depend upon the clinical evaluation and the reports of the investigations.
