What Causes Warm Sensation On The Thigh?
I am a 26 year old female. For the past week I ve been getting a warm sensation on my left upper thigh which lasts maybe 30 seconds and then goes away. This happens a few times throughout the day. It doesn t hurt, burn or tingle it just gets warm. It feels like my dog peed on my lap and you feel warmness all of a sudden and get caught off guard. Any ideas?

Your symptoms seem to be related to muscle spasms.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory cream such as Voltaren gel to relieve the warm sensation.
