What Causes Warmness In Breast With Pulsation In Abdomen And Neck?

21 female. I had warmness in ma left breast then lately I found ma stomach (left side) being hot as well. . I can hear ma stomach pulse when im lying on a flat surface. . Also some weird noises inside ma stomach. . Not only stomach , even ma neck, palm pulses are so fast.. for the past 2 months I ve been preparing for my exams, from then only I could feel all this.. what could be the reason

please get your thyroid profile tested.
mostly you could be having hyperthyroidism leading to above problem.
sometimes before period you may feel heat warmth Due premenstrual symptoms.
