What Causes Water Discharge From Vagina During Ovulation With Cramping?

so im ovulating, lots of egg white discharge, but sometimes, like today, huge amounts of gushing water like substance from vagina. not from bladder that is certain. odorless, colourless, but def enough to soak through everything im wearing. couple hours later i had severe cramping then loose bowels. now feel a whole lot better. hot flusjes and disturbed sleep last night, wet with sweat. and gut churning with sounds. happens every second month pretty much.
