Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

During swallowing or sneezing are you feeling nasal water gushing? It is called in nasal regurgitation seen in cranial nerve palsy or myasthenia gravis or cleft palate or neuromuscular disorders etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Also possible with CSF rhinorrhea.

Please consult your ENT specialist he gets examined by endoscopy and gets treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
