What Causes Watery And Burning Eyes After Opening Eye Ducts?

I had a procedure done on my bottom lids to supposedly help open my eye ducts for severe dry eye.Since then I have suffered from watery, burning, eyes, plus I need to wear sunglasses when watching T V. Could this procedure have anything to do with this outcome a.My Dr. won t say.

should give name of procedure. you had dry eye. it may be that punctum is sealed to retain tear. it will lead to watery eyes. might be glare is effecting the eye. so you can have anti glare glass while watching TV or doing computer work.
