THe cause of the green stool may be an intestinal infection and since Dolstom, Neopeptine and Zyncris are not helping you should do the following in such a situation: Get the stool test for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. The blood tests. Clinical evaluation by a Pediatrician and correlation with the reports. A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole might help if the cause is bacterial diarrhea. Also give probiotics, plenty of oral fluids and watch for the progress well.
