What Causes Watery/black/metallic Smelling Bowel Movement?
Yesterday I had a bad stomach ache and when I had a bowel movement it was almost entirely liquid, black and smelled like metal. I have been taking iron so I'm guessing that's it, but I was wondering if it could also be blood. Does blood come out black?
