What Causes Watery Discharge From The Eyes After A Ptosis Repair Surgery?

I has a bilateral ptosis repair 10 days ago. Although my right eye is getting closer to normal, my left eye is increasingly congested, and with a watery colorless (seemingly) discharge. Is this to be expected or could I have a serious pink-eye case?

it can be inflammatory may be associated with pink eye.consult eye doctor for examination and diagnosis so that proper treatment can be recomanded.can be flushed with cold clean fresh water and can start applying ofloxacin.3%eye drop 6 hourly.
