I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options. Please do not panic. As a part of preparation for breastfeeding the baby, breast glands start developing and start becoming active and in that process the secretions are formed. Please do not worry. this is absolutely normal. Please wipe out with moist, warm cloth at the time of bath, if any dried secretions are there.
