What Causes Watery Periods With Cramps,bloating Of Stomach And Back Pain?

I had have nausea with out vomiting, feeling hungry all the time but no appetite, very tired or sleepy, migraines, back aches, little cramps, slight tender nipples, tightning in my stomach, bloating and now im having a bright red heavy watery period with dark clots, little cramps. I have started my period the day I was suppose to start but this not normal. What is wrong ? Am I pregnant ?

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have described can be found in early pregnancy, however these are non specific and not confirmatory of pregnancy.Moreover, having proper flow in periods also rule out pregnancy.
I will suggest you to get an urine pregnancy test done.
If negative, then you should consult a physician for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
