What Causes Watery Yellow Semen?

hi i have p problem that my seimen is a little bit pale yelloish and my seimen is nat so thick like it used to be previously it is like water and i had a discomfort in my left testicles, groin area and my lower left belly area what is cause of this kind of problem

> Jaundice: Breakdown of Bilurubin causes yellow coloration to urine and semen both. to rule out this disease, do a ''Direct Bilurubin'' test and ''Indirect Bilurubin'' test

>Infection in body causes increased white blood cell which causes pyospermia, giving yellow color to urine. To rule out this, do a ''Complete Blood count'' and look for increased TLC

>STD's: may StDs causes yellow coloration of semen such as chlamydia, herpes and Gonorrhea. To rule out this, do labs for STI's

> Food: food rich in garlic and onion can cause yellow colored semen
