When I lay down to sleep, I break out in waves of goosebumps. It has nothing to do with being cold. Could this be a sudden drop in blood pressure? Oppositely, I break out in a hot sweat when my body wants to wake up, even if the ambient temp is 60 F. What causes waves of sleepy goosebumps?
