What Causes Waxy Yellow Semi Solid Substance Coming From Both The Breast?

hi im 27 years old stop brest feeding my second child half a year ago and i started to notice that im having a waXY yellow semi solid goo coming from both breast if i massage my breast more comes out it feels like candle wax and it ranges from a light yellow to a light green color this about three weeks ago
