What Causes Weak Bones In An Infant?

My baby is 5 month old and her bones are really weak. I can feel it when I hold her and her joints moves and makes slightly sound. Please help me what is the reason?also i wanted to tell you that there is no pain in her bones.she feels comfortable and Growing well.she had this problem when she was 2 month old and still she has the same problem.
