My 5 years old son has been dignised with +2.00 cyliderical power and doctor has advised him to specs.
Can you please tell me, Whether the above is curable ? Whether the power grows with the age ? Whether he has to wear glass continuously or when we read or watch TV or Laptop.

Cylindrical glasses are used when cornea is unevenly tilted in one axis. This does not outgrow with age. one should use glasses regularly. It is not curable but laser therapy after 18 years of age may help.
Condition is by birth with no relation to TV,laptop or poor light.
