What Causes Weakness Along With Brownish Vaginal Discharge?

Iam advised to take siphene 100 at 2nd day to 6th day ,ovacare daily,folic acid daily,and duphaston on 16th to 26th days of period cycle.Now 33 days after my lmp, iam just feeling tired, having vomiting sense and also getting some brown stripd during urination.I want to know whether iam pregnant now?
